We're looking for a motivated Business Development Intern (m/f/d) to join and support the growth and go-to-market strategies at one of our Ecosystem Companies.
As a Business Development Intern, you'll analyze trends, support go-to-market initiatives, and work closely with the founders and teams to unlock opportunities.

With a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability, driving triple-digit million GMV, and setting new industry standards in autonomous, AI-powered supply chain orchestration.
In this role, you'll:- Analyse market trends and company strategies to unlock profitable opportunities and support Go-To-Market initiatives
- Prospect and assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners through email, calls, and social media
- Analyze operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to boost efficiency
- Maintain and organize operational documentation, including SOPs and compliance records
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues
- Collaborate closely with the founders, Growth, and Operations teams
- Enrolled in university or recently graduated and looking to gain work experience
- Motivated and passionate about new ideas, with a creative mindset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients and partners
- Fluent in both German and English
