Business Analyst

Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering

• Solution Design
  : Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., IT, developers) to design solutions that meet business needs while aligning with technical capabilities.

  : Conduct data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Communication
  : Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Business Case Development
  : Assist in the creation of business cases for new projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and impact evaluations.
• Testing & Validation
  : Support the testing and validation of solutions, ensuring that new systems or changes meet business requirements and deliver the expected benefits.
• Process Improvement
  : Recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Documentation
  : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
• Change Management
  : Assist in the change management process by helping stakeholders adapt to new processes, tools, or systems.
• Reporting & Dashboards
  : Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance and measure the success of implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education
  : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience
  : 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role (entry-level candidates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
• Skills
  :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, process mapping, data modeling).
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation (e.g., user stories, functional specifications).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical requirements into business terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
