Bist du unsere sympathische Stimme am Telefon? Fällt es dir leicht, mit Gästen zu kommunizieren und sie für unsere Hotels zu begeistern? Dann lass dich von unserem skandinavischen Lifestyle inspirieren. Dir fällt es ebenfalls leicht, die Gesprächsführung zu übernehmen und auf Menschen zuzugehen. Begeistere unsere Gäste mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art und werde auch Du Teil unserer zentralen Reservierungsabteilung. Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich:

  • Du nimmst Anfragen von bis zu 9 Zimmer für alle unsere deutschen Scandic Hotels an
  • Du übernimmst sämtlicher Gästekorrespondenz per Telefon sowie E-Mail
  • Anwendung der Hotelsoftware Opera Cloud
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Front Office, Sales und Revenue Team
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Einarbeitung unserer Auszubildenden
