Your role
As our Sales Representative, you will be on the road 80% of the time, visiting both existing and prospective customers to introduce UNIS Group and the unique, professional services we offer to extend the life of industrial electronics. Your responsibilities include:
- You are the face of our company to our clients; with your proactive and confident approach, you become a key pillar of our organization.
- Your responsibilities range from on-site customer support and new customer acquisition (introducing the company to potential clients) to further developing selected key accounts.
- Reaching out to potential clients and visiting them to showcase our services and the added value UNIS Group brings.
- In day-to-day operations, you serve as the link between our customers and colleagues at our Hamburg office and the headquarters in Grou, NL.
- You manage your own scheduling, with support from our sales team as needed.
- Developing new initiatives and demonstrating the ability to transform them into actionable plans.
- Representing UNIS Group at trade shows and other promotional or sponsorship events, where you will strengthen and expand your network effectively.
In this role, you'll actively contribute to our mission by building trust, fostering client relationships, and promoting the UNIS Group brand.
As UNIS Group's face, you maintain client relations, acquire new customers, develop key accounts, and connect with our teams, representing us at industry events and trade shows.
Who are we
UNIS Group is an international partner in maintaining service continuity in industrial production processes. We focus on repairing, preventing malfunctions, advising on maintenance and extending the service life of existing electronic modules. Our goal is to ensure that companies experience as little disruption as possible from malfunctions and that production processes continue to run as efficiently as possible. By carrying out repairs, among other things, we reduce downtime in the most sustainable way possible. As a result, we have grown over the past 40 years to become one of the largest service providers in the field of industrial electronics.
From our head office in Grou and specialised branches in Europe, Central- and South America and UK, we support local customers and markets. Thanks to our geographical spread, combined with years of knowledge and experience, we support companies all over the world in maintaining their production processes.

Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial education or a degree and ideally already have professional experience in sales, preferably in the industrial service sector (career changers with the right initiative are also welcome).
- You live in the sales region of North Germany (Hamburg/Hannover).
- With your confident and friendly demeanor, you not only inspire our customers but also become a valued member of our team.
- You enjoy working in the field and being on-site with customers. On office days, your colleagues look forward to seeing you, and working from home is also an option.
- You have fluent German and English skills (Dutch would be a plus).
- Your hands-on mentality and initiative, which contribute to long-term customer loyalty and the company's success, complete your profile.
