Was erwartet Dich bei uns ?

Als Teil unseres Technical Consulting Teams unterstützt Du unsere Kunden bei der optimalen Nutzung unserer Plattform. Dazu gehört:
  • Kundensupport & Beratung: Unterstützung bei Setup-Fragen, Reporting-Themen und der Anwendung unserer Software
  • Datenanalyse & Troubleshooting: Prüfung von Datenflüssen, Analysen zur Fehlerbehebung sowie Validierung von HTML-/JavaScript-Tags
  • Tool-Weiterentwicklung: Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus Data Science, Product Management und Customer Success, um unseren Kunden die bestmögliche Lösung zu bieten


Was bringst Du mit ?
  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in eines Studiengangs mit Fokus auf Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Online Marketing
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien (HTML, JavaScript, idealerweise Python)
  • Technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am direkten Austausch
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft, insbesondere bei neuen Tools und Technologien
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
