Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Intern at Arshan UG, you will support our marketing team in executing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. This mandatory internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing while fulfilling academic requirements.

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Requirements
:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Twitter/X Ads, Google Ads).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Indian market, cultural trends, and audience preferences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills
:

  • Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
