Job: Sales Assistant

We are looking for a reliable Sales Assistant to support our remote team in Germany. This role focuses on simple coordination tasks, basic follow-ups, and organizing information for the sales department. No direct selling and no prior experience required training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing simple sales-related documents and updating basic records
  • Help organize and track customer inquiries, ensuring information is recorded accurately
  • Support the team with follow-up tasks based on templates and internal guidelines
  • Coordinate daily communication between team members and other departments
  • Collect basic information from online platforms and summarize it for the team
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Requirements

  • Based in Germany (role is fully remote)
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online tools)
  • Ability to follow structured instructions
  • Stable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • English or German communication ability
