Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Promotion Assistant, based in Berlin with some flexibility for remote work. The Product Promotion Assistant will assist in promoting products by coordinating events, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing promotional events, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful product outreach campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Sales skills and the ability to contribute to revenue-generating activities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in organizational tools and basic software applications
