Job Title: Sales Project Manager – Dry-Type Transformers

Location: Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Project Manager
to manage international dry-type transformer projects from order through delivery. You will serve as the main link between customers, sales, engineering, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution and successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end dry-type transformer projects independently
  • Act as the central contact for customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and logistics to clarify technical details and resolve issues
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, documentation, and risks
  • Handle change orders and claims to protect the company interests
  • Organise and oversee installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) in coordination with the customer and factory teams
  • Support troubleshooting during commissioning to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical field
  • Several years of experience in managing complex technical projects, ideally multiple at once
  • Background in dry-type transformers or related sectors (e.g., power distribution or electrical equipment) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methods
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
