Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stuttgart for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion to ensure efficient delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include coordinating across departments, managing project risks, ensuring compliance with company goals, maintaining effective communication, and reporting project progress to stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and progress tracking
  • Skills in communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies for managing projects effectively
  • Experience in the healthcare or industrial sector is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills, such as German, are a bonus
