• Supporting the customer journey: Support daily business operations and assist with customer inquiries. Work closely with our Customer Success team on product management tasks and professional services, around BESS.
• Market Research: Investigate the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the energy market, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Investigate how new regulations can impact our customers and open up new business opportunities.
• Implement New Ideas: As a young and agile company, we welcome and value new ideas for improvement in our product and services. Take ownership for such implementations
• Share Insights on Batteries & Markets: Customers rely on our expertise and trust our recommendations. Your work will have a direct impact on battery operations and their positive effect on the environment.
• Data Analysis: Analyze performance data from battery systems across the globe to uncover actionable insights.
• Professional services: Supporting customers in their journey well before operation of their batteries, with advices during procurement phase.

• Studies: You are enrolled in a technical degree program with a focus on battery systems, electrical engineering, or energy management.
• Experience & Interest: Ideally, you have first experience with data analytics. You are curious and eager to understand complex systems and networks.
• Software Skills: Profound proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Java is a plus.
• Working Style: Self-driven, well-organized, and structured. You bring initiative and enjoy solving problems independently.
• Personality: Reliable and communicative team player with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
• Languages: Strong communicational skills in English. German is a plus.
