Your Tasks:
  • Drive Growth: Develop and expand the business for new applications and products, such as eco-friendly solutions and remote power supply systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to define new business fields and create sales strategies and growth plans for key customers.
  • Technology Advocate: Present cutting-edge technologies and solutions to key customers, and represent Trench Group at industry exhibitions and conferences.
  • Market Analysis: Provide detailed market analysis and feedback to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and R&D teams to shape the development roadmap, focusing on future technologies and trends.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance Trench Group's presence and influence in the high-voltage electrical market.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs align with Trench Group's strategic goals.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, or product management within the high-voltage electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing new market opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage products and emerging technologies in the energy sector.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
