(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • Develop and steer ENERCON's strategic initiatives across functions and regions 
  • Lead analytical workstreams and structure complex problem-solving approaches
  • Support the Executive Board in defining corporate priorities, KPIs, and governance mechanisms
  • Drive performance improvement and transformation programs in collaboration with functions and business units
  • Prepare management presentations and decision papers for the CEO and Supervisory Board
  • Support project teams and foster a results-oriented, analytical culture within the organization 
Your qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar preferred)
  • 2–6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (MBB/T2) or in corporate strategy / transformation role
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage 
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2+) preferred
