WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN

Als Proposal Manager (m/w/d) steuern Sie den kompletten Angebotsprozess sowohl standort- als auch bereichsübergreifend und übernehmen dabei die fachliche Koordination des internen Angebotteams. Mit technischem Verständnis und der Freude am Vertrieb erstellen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Schnittstellen das perfekte Angebot für unseren Kunden.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Sichtung, Erfassung, Bewertung und Prüfung von Anfrageunterlagen sowie Ableitung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen inkl. einer technischen (Grob-)Prüfung auf Vollständigkeit
  • Erstellung der Angebotsstruktur und des Angebotsplans in der Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Sales-Manager und Angebotsteam
  • Nutzung interner IT-Tools und Datenbanken für die effektive Kontrolle des Fortschrittes im Angebotsprozesses
  • Termingerechte und effiziente Fertigstellung von Angeboten unter Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben für den internationalen, europäischen und deutschen Markt
  • Erstellung bzw. Beitragen von Inhalten (Texte, Grafiken, Bilder) zu den Angebotsdokumenten
  • Fortlaufendes Prüfen der Qualität der Angebotsdokumente und Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung mit den Kundenanforderungen
  • Auswertung des Angebotsprozesses nach standardisierten Messgrößen in Hinblick auf das Erreichen von Zielvorgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebs- und insbesondere Bid-Management-Organisation
  • Leitung des Reviewprozesses zur technischen und inhaltlichen Kontrolle der Angebotsdokumente
  • Prüfung der Preiskonsistenz anhand bisheriger Angebote/Kontrolle der abgeschätzten Projektaufwände insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Kundenbudget
  • Kontrolle der festgelegten Winning Strategy

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit hoher technischer Affinität oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Ausgeprägte Berufserfahrung im Angebotsmanagement und/oder aktive Vertriebserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, zusätzliche Leitungsfunktion wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse über Einkaufsprozesse und/oder Beschaffungsprozesse im öffentlichen Sektor (B2G) wünschenswert
  • Überzeugende und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kundenorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
