Für unseren Partner, die Kraftwerk Software Holding GmbH mit Hauptsitz in Halle (Saale), suchen wir einen engagierten Customer Support Specialist für den Bereich Abrechnung und Marktkommunikation, der Lust auf eine neue Herausforderung hat. Seit ihrer Gründung hat sich die Kraftwerk als innovativer IT-Dienstleister für Stadtwerke, Energieversorger und Netzbetreiber etabliert.

Das Unternehmen entwickelt moderne Softwarelösungen und Plattformen, die Energiewirtschaft und IT vereinen – von Abrechnungssystemen über Marktkommunikation bis hin zum Prozess- und Datenmanagement. Mit einem klaren Fokus auf Effizienz, Automatisierung und Datensicherheit unterstützen sie ihre Kunden bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen und der digitalen Weiterentwicklung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Innovation, Partnerschaft und Nachhaltigkeit: Mit flexiblen Lösungen, praxisnaher Beratung und einem starken Technologie-Know-how sorgt unser Partner dafür, dass Energieversorger ihre Prozesse zukunftssicher und effizient gestalten können.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung zur Abbildung effizienter Workflows mit der Kraftwerk-Software
  • Optionale Durchführung von Schulungen, Webinaren, Workshops oder Vor-Ort-Trainings
  • Dokumentation und Wissensaufbau durch Erstellung von Anleitungen und Best Practices
  • Schnittstelle zur IT und Entwicklung durch Weitergabe wiederkehrender technischer Probleme
  • Kundenbetreuung und Support bei Fragen rund um die Software (Telefon, E-Mail, Fernwartung) sowie Bearbeitung von Anwendungsfehlern und technischen Problemen
Qualifikation
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System (z.B. SAP, Navision)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Support, in der Beratung oder im Datenmanagement
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzbuchhaltung, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
