We are responsible for the preparation of financial statements for key E.ON companies and operate the central commercial system and process landscape as well as other digital solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies and working methods. part of the E.ON Group.

• Unified Vision and Goals: Partner with business leaders to translate organizational strategy into clear operational excellence objectives; Align improvement initiatives with company vision, ensuring consistency across functions and geographies, whilst facilitating cross-functional alignment

Partner with department heads to establish ownership and accountability for operational results. You have the ability to achieve exceptional results as part of a team and master challenges together.

You also recognize yourself in the following points:

• Professional qualifications: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Operations Management or a similar qualification
• Specific expertise: Lean Six Sigma or proficiency with process improvement tools (Power BI, etc)
• Professional experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in Finance services, with expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, or performance management
• What sets you apart: Proven ability to influence across organizational levels and drive alignment toward shared goals
• Working method: Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Language skills: Business fluent in German and English
