Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Desenvolvimento de relacionamento com novos clientes e fidelização dos atuais através de visitas/ reuniões on-line/ feiras e seminários.
- Avaliação técnica preliminar dos leads e oportunidades de vendas e discussão com a business line (Europa) e com Departamento de Suporte a vendas;
- Preenchimento de questionários técnicos (quando aplicável) para discussão dos leads com os departamentos acima;
- Screening de cotações/projetos (análise crítica das chances do projeto e chances GEA considerando viabilidade técnica, comercial, histórico, budget do cliente, competitividade, potencial futuro, disponibilidade de recursos internos, definição do escopo de fornecimento);
- Utilização do CRM constantemente para inclusão das informações acima;
- Avaliação comercial dos editais (RFP's, RFQ's, tenders) recebidos de clientes, com business line (Europa) para questões técnicas;
- Formação de preço, definição de margens e risco juntamente à Gerência de Vendas;
- Preparação de Propostas Comerciais;
- Definição dos parâmetros de desempenho para projetos em negociação com clientes juntamente com o Suporte da BU (Matriz) na definição dos parâmetros de desempenho para projetos em negociação com clientes;
- Follow-up ativo e constante das ofertas realizadas;
- Interface nas discussões de contratos jurídicos junto ao cliente (com suporte do departamento jurídico);
- Negociação comercial e assinatura de contrato;
- Reporte interno (projetos correntes, ganhos e perdidos sob sua responsabilidade direta) utilizando o CRM;
- Participação em feiras de negócios e seminários;
- Garantir a satisfação dos clientes;
- Garantir nas negociações a rentabilidade por projeto previamente alinhada com o Gerente de Vendas
Your profile and qualifications:
- Estudos em Engenharia (Química/Alimentos/Agrícola/Mecânica) ou Tecnólogo.
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência na área B2B
- Idioma inglês nível avançado.
- Pró atividade
- Pensamento estratégico
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento;
- Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais;
- Confiabilidade, Integridade, Idoneidade e Confidencialidade;
- Estrita observância ao Compliance da empresa.

- Habilidades de conhecimento de processos profundo
- Diferencial: Conhecimento de equipamentos de Processamento de alimentos e embalagem.
