We are looking for a Product Manager PCR or TBR to support our Replacement Sales Division in Europe.

Responsibility

  • Provide regular training sessions for distributors and their store teams based on the company´s strategy
  • Present product features and benefits during client visits as well as in other promotional events
  • Coordinate the internal Claim Management as interface between customer and internal departments
  • Provide expert guidance and support to distributors on store planning, decoration and layout based on the company's brand store design standards
  • Oversee and conduct acceptance checks as well as quality control inspections of completed store decoration and layout projects
  • Gather and analyze market information on competitor products within the local market to support strategic decision-making

Qualification

  • Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
  • 7+ years of Sales-experience or Engineering-experience in tire industry
  • Advanced technical knowledge of tire construction
  • Familiar to work with cross-functional and international teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Fluent in English and native in a local language - Any other additional language is a plus
  • Open-minded, team work and cross-cultural communication
