You take responsibility for ensuring quality in series production and develop measures to improve the production process. This is done in close collaboration with specialists from development, production, and quality assurance, between whom you form the interface.
Job DescriptionProduct Development: You contribute your experience from device manufacturing to the product development projects of our complex optical measuring instruments. In collaboration with the development department, you evaluate prototype parts, assemblies, and production processes with regard to manufacturability and cost. You also carry out independent type and component testing as well as technical approvals.

In the event of defects, you systematically analyze the root causes and develop suitable measures to maintain our excellent product quality in the long term.
Product Support: You implement series modifications, ensure compliance with standards, and make a significant contribution to the quality and cost efficiency of our products through production optimization. Together with the development and production departments, you conduct cost analyses and optimizations. Quality: You have high quality standards, think analytically, and work with great attention to detail. You are familiar with common quality management methods and apply them effectively to achieve quality objectives using best practices.
Effectiveness: You are well organized, work independently, and have a results-oriented and structured approach to your work.
Project Work: You enjoy interdisciplinary project work and take pleasure in achieving top results together with a committed team.
