Location: Hannover
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner. In this role you will play a central role in shaping digital products in an agile environment. Your leadership, vision, and structured approach will drive product success from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire an agile development team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work culture.
- Own and manage the product backlog and ticketing processes, ensuring clarity and prioritisation align with business goals.
- Work closely with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into innovative, user-centred concepts.
- Create well-crafted user stories that clearly communicate complex needs and serve as a foundation for development.
- Collaborate with developers and software architects to co-create practical, forward-looking solutions.
- Use a combination of creativity and structured thinking to identify opportunities and improve existing processes.
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within digital health, health IT, or data-driven product environments.
- A degree in business informatics, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of data management, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks in a digital health context.
- Practical experience with agile methodologies and strong skills in facilitation, communication, and teamwork.
- Passionate about problem-solving, curious about diverse topics, and fluent in both German and English.
