Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Als Lead Developer * übernimmst du die fachliche und technische Führung eines agilen Teams.

  • Technologische Beratung unserer Kunden im Rahmen von agilen Softwareentwicklungs-Projekten

  • Entwurf und Aufbau von hochverfügbaren, Cloud-nativen Softwaresystemen z. B. in der AWS Cloud

  • Entwurf, Entwicklung und Integration verteilter und hochskalierbarer Backend-Systeme mit Java- / Spring- / Quarkus-basierter Software – vom REST Service bis zur Persistierung

  • Optional: Frontend Entwicklung mit State-of-the-Art JavaScript-Technologien wie z. B. Angular

  • Aufbau von Continuous Integration und Deployment Chains z. B. mit GitLab und Docker

  • Verantwortlich für Kundenzufriedenheit, Feature-Umsetzung und Softwarequalität / -Wartbarkeit

  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Projektakquise

  • Erstellung von Konzepten und Proof of Concepts

  • bringst langjährige Projekterfahrung als Entwickler in agilen Projekten mit Java und Spring mit

  • bist neugierig auf neue Technologien, Trends, Kunden, Projekte und Herangehensweisen

  • übernimmst gerne die Verantwortung für deine Ideen und Lösungen

  • hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeit, bist aber eher Pragmatiker als Perfektionist

  • gestaltest lieber aktiv, als Dinge zu verwalten

  • kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden und anderen Entwicklern

  • hast nichts gegen gelegentliche Reisetätigkeiten, willst aber auch nicht die Woche über im Hotel wohnen

  • bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, der aber auch gut eigenständig arbeiten kann

  • fühlst dich bei einem flexiblen Mittelständler besser aufgehoben als in einem Konzern

  • hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen / technischen Führung von Teams mit

  • hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium eines MINT-Faches oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
