For our accounting team (subsidiary ledger) we are looking for a colleague in full or part time as soon as possible.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the verification, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
• Initiation of invoice approval for payment transactions
• Continuous optimization and further development of existing processes and procedures
• Ensuring proper accounting and compliance with VAT regulations
• Interface both in accounting and with the specialist departments
• Contact person for 2-4 companies in Germany and abroad of the Exyte Group
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Regular exchange and reporting to the supervisor

Show Your Expertise

• Successfully completed training in the accounting field or comparable training
• Professional experience in accounts payable accounting
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in the use of common Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and sense of responsability
• Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and motivation
• Good knowledge of English, further languages are advantageous
• High degree of flexibility, reliability, and commitment
