**Job Description**:
Are you a highly organized young professional with a solid flair for details and sense of urgency? would you like to support a highly successful team of engineers in life science projects on a sustained growth path and be part of our adventure?
- The Project Administrator is responsible for coordination and document control for assigned project(s). Time spent both in the office as well as the job site are required.
- Administrative assistance with all aspects of project support, including coordination of both internal and external client and project meetings;
- Coordination and document control for assigned project(s) schedule management responsibility for the entire EPC integrated schedule
- Administrative assistance with all aspects of project support

**Qualifications**:

- Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required, Bachelor’s degree a plus combined with up to two years of administrative experience, preferably in the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry
- Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software, as well as with PMWeb project management software a plus
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple project simultaneously
- Attention to detail and imposed deadlines are critical while maintaining professional and easy communications with the team, discipline leads, project managers, client, subcontractors, vendors and sub-consultants working on the project
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to take on new tasks and adapt to different work assigned and personalities
- OSHA 10 certification, if required to be on-site
- Languages: Fluent in German (C1+), ability to communicate in English (B2+) required, French is a plus
