**Discover your exciting role**:
For our accounting team (subsidiary ledger) we are looking for a colleague in full or part time as soon as possible.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for the verification, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
- Initiation of invoice approval for payment transactions
- Continuous optimization and further development of existing processes and procedures
- Ensuring proper accounting and compliance with VAT regulations
- Interface both in accounting and with the specialist departments
- Contact person for 2-4 companies in Germany and abroad of the Exyte Group
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Regular exchange and reporting to the supervisor

**Show your expertise**:

- Successfully completed training in the accounting field or comparable training
- Professional experience in accounts payable accounting
- Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in the use of common Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, high service orientation, and sense of responsability
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and motivation
- Good knowledge of English, further languages are advantageous
- High degree of flexibility, reliability, and commitment
