Our innovative platform personalises training and drives real behavioural change, enhancing employees' cybersecurity awareness across all organisations in our customer base.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Account Executive
to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in sales. You'll work closely with senior team members to support the management of client accounts, drive revenue opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
You will help coordinate internal resources, support proposal and pitch development, and assist in maintaining accurate client records and communications. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts under the guidance of senior team members
- Support the creation of client proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams to meet client expectations
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business development efforts
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and prepare regular status reports
- Attend client meetings and take notes/action items as needed
- Assist with administrative and follow-up tasks to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, or related field
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in GTM (BDR/SDR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset
