Your Mission

As our new Value Realization Specialist, you will be a key player in our Customer Value Delivery Team, reporting to the Head of Customer Value Delivery. We are a team of skilled professionals responsible for ensuring our customers achieve seamless integration of Mercell's products into their procurement and contract management workflows. By closely collaborating with clients, you'll empower them to unlock the full potential of our solutions.

This isn't just another implementation role; you'll be instrumental in a major strategic initiative focused on evolving our customers' foundational operations and maximizing the value they gain from our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You'll play a critical role in delivering excellent implementation services, fostering client adoption, and ensuring long-term success with our products.

Core Responsibilities

• Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Mercell's products, ensuring projects meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
• Client Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training materials, conduct workshops, and support knowledge transfer for client teams.
• Configuration & Customization: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure alignment with their business processes.
• Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, proactively address potential challenges, and maintain transparent communication with clients.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions and resolve any discrepancies to guarantee client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, client implementation, or training roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German & English.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and client engagement.
• Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering presentations.
• Understanding and familiarity with procurement and contract management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an international, cross-functional team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
