Mitarbeiter:in für den Technical Support im Customer Care für unser Redaktionssystem / CMS / CCMS
Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Supportanfragen von Kunden zu unserem Redaktionssystem
  • Anwenderunterstützung vía Telefon und Live-Support-System
  • Durchführung detaillierter Analysen von Kundenproblemen und bei Bedarf Weiterleitung an den Next-Level-Support, Verfolgung und Dokumentation von Problemlösungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Testumgebungen
  • Testen der projektspezifischen Client/Server-Anwendungen
  • Konzeption, Leitung und Durchführung von Online und Präsenz-Software-Trainings und Workshops auf Deutsch und Englisch für Anwender und Administration

Profil

  • Begeisterung für moderne Softwaretechnologien und eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
  • Organisationstalent und eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägt kundenorientiertes Denken
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Erfahrungen mit Redaktionssystemen sind hilfreich, werden aber nicht vorausgesetzt
  • Englischkenntnisse im technischen Umfeld
