Als Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) in München unterstützt du uns dabei, unseren mehr als 500 Kunden einen exzellenten Support bei der Nutzung unserer Cloud-Software für Carsharing und Flottenmanagement zu bieten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Produktteam zusammen, um die Nutzererfahrung stetig zu verbessern.

Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst dich zum fleetster Produktexperten und sorgst durch deine Expertise für einen exzellenten technischen Support unserer Kunden
  • Durch deine schnelle und präzise Betreuung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Chat oder virtuellen Meetings unterstützt du bei der schnellen und nachhaltigen Problemlösung
  • Du baust vertrauensvolle und fortwährende Kundenbeziehungen auf und stellst sicher, dass alle technischen Probleme gelöst wurden, sodass unsere Kunden gern zu langfristigen Nutzern werden
  • Du klärst Funktionsanfragen und effektive Umgehungslösungen mit dem Produktteam und hältst den Kunden über die Fortschritte auf dem Laufenden
  • Über die Zeit gewinnst du zahlreiche Erkenntnisse aus den Support-Anfragen, und arbeitest eng mit dem Produkt-, Customer Success-, Vertriebs-Teams an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung smarter Prozesse
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Technical Support oder einer ähnlichen Funktion im Kundensupport im SaaS-Umfeld (idealerweise im B2B Bereich)
  • Technische Affinität und Erfahrungswerte in einem dynamischen, agilen Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke, die Fähigkeit schnell Vertrauen aufzubauen sowie proaktive Problemlösefähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit vielfältige Aufgaben sinnhaft zu priorisieren
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch, andere Sprachen sind ein Plus
