Zur Unterstützung unseres weiteren Wachstums suchen wir ab sofort eine erfahrene Freelance-Führungskraft im Bereich Operations & Maintenance (O&M), die mit strategischem Weitblick und operativer Erfahrung den Aufbau und die Steuerung unseres O&M-Bereichs übernimmt.

Aufgaben
  • Aufbau und Strukturierung des O&M-Bereichs inkl. Prozesse, Tools und Dokumentation
  • Definition und Implementierung effizienter Wartungs- und Monitoring-Prozesse (inkl. präventiver Strategien)
  • Technische Betriebsführung unserer Agri-PV-Anlagen in enger Abstimmung mit EPC und Engineering
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung der SLA-Einhaltung
  • Performance-Analyse, Fehlermanagement und Optimierung der Betriebsdaten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSE-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
  • Budgetplanung und -kontrolle für Wartung, Instandhaltung und technische Services
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Optional: Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines internen O&M-Teams für die langfristige Skalierung
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Operations & Maintenance, idealerweise im PV- oder Energieanlagenumfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von elektrischen Anlagen, Mittelspannung und Netzanschlüssen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von O&M-Strukturen oder im Interim-Management technischer Teams
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis, analytische Denkweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Vor-Ort-Terminen (Anlagenstandorten) in Bayern oder Baden-Württemberg
