Anstellungsart:
Vollzeit, Teilzeit, Freiberuflich / Selbständig

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden (Hotels) und deren Gäste
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Gästeanrufen sowie Gäste-E-Mails
  • Versand von Anrufnotizen
  • Eingabe von Reservierungen in das jeweilige PMS (Reservierungssystem)
  • Arbeiten mit Asana, Outlook, Word und Excel + Google, Slack und mehr

Profil

  • Kenntnisse/Erfahrung mit Office 365, am PC arbeiten
  • Start asap bzw. nach Vereinbarung
  • "starke" Internetverbindung bzw. -leistung
  • mind. Deutschkenntnisse auf C2 Sprachniveau (ansonsten lässt sich Deine Bewerbung leider nicht berücksichtigen)
  • mind. Englischkenntnisse auf "Schulniveau" bzw. Niveau A1 oder A2
  • als Freelancer/Selbstständiger bzw. als Vollzeit-/Teilzeitkraft

Wir bieten

  • bis zu 3000,- EUR (brutto) Gehalt pro Monat (bei 40 St./Woche, branchenerfahren, bei bestandener Probezeit)
  • Arbeitszeit nach Vereinbarung bzw. innerhalb von Mo - Fr, 08:00 bis 20:00 Uhr (+ alle 3-6 Wochen ein Samstagsdienst)
  • individuelle Bonuszahlungen (nach der Probezeit)
