Dein platz bei uns:
- Sortimentsplanung und -zuweisung auf Basis der kanalspezifischen Performance und der Umsatzziele
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung neuer Sortimentsstrategien für den Cybex-Onlineshop
- Wöchentliche Performance-Verfolgung (z. B. Ausverkauf, Lagerbestände und Retouren) und Erarbeitung umsetzbarer Empfehlungen
- Bedarfsprognosen in Zusammenarbeit mit allen B2C-Kanälen
- Überwachung und Optimierung der Lagerbestände über alle Omnichannel-Plattformen hinweg
- Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards für wichtige Stakeholder
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit E-Commerce-Teams und abteilungsübergreifend zur Abstimmung von Markteinführungsprojekten, Produktverfügbarkeit, Preisgestaltung und Werbeaktionen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung in neuen Regionen (z. B. IMEA, Japan, USA und Kanada) und Sicherstellung von Merchandising-Standards wie Lageraufteilung und Anpassung an kommerzielle Regelwerke
Dein Weg zu CYBEX:
- Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Modemanagement, Lieferkettenmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in der Warenplanung, idealerweise im E-Commerce- oder Omnichannel-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, technische Kenntnisse in Excel, SAP, Planungsplattformen und Erfahrung mit BI-Tools sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Vertriebskennzahlen, Bestands-KPIs und Planungsgrundsätzen
- Sicheres Arbeiten in einem schnelllebigen, wachstumsstarken Umfeld mit häufigen Veränderungen
- Teamorientierte Denkweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, sowohl in Englisch als auch in Deutsch von Vorteil
