Your seat to fill:

• Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership training, workshops, and mentoring initiatives
• Ensure alignment of programs with organizational goals and talent strategy
• Manage logistics, communication, and participant engagement for learning initiatives
• Oversee feedback collection and program evaluation to measure impact and identify improvements
• Implementation of systemic HR Development instruments and implementing upskilling workshops for leaders and employees to enable all stakeholders to use our tools in this context and actively support the change process for the organization concerning our L&D goals
• Partner with HR Business Partners, department leaders, and external vendors (trainers, coaches) to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Act as a consultant to managers on development tools and processes
• Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR platforms, ensuring accurate data and reporting
• Support and facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes
• Contribute to building career paths and development frameworks
• Maintain and administrate the system solution in place as well as other talent development related processes + budget planning

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field
• Relevant experience in the field of Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR Development
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and scaling talent development strategies across international, matrixed organizations — ideally in consumer goods or lifestyle brands
• Experience in leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, and high-potential talent programs
• Good understanding of modern learning methodologies, including digital learning platforms, blended learning, coaching, and experiential development
• Experience with learning and performance management systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors as well as LinkedIn Learning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to influence and align across senior leadership, department heads, and global HR partners
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage talent and learning data to assess program effectiveness, support workforce planning, and inform business decisions
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus
• Strategic yet hands-on leader with a global mindset, high integrity, and a passion for developing people and driving organizational growth
