Your seat to fill:
Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership training, workshops, and mentoring initiativesEnsure alignment of programs with organizational goals and talent strategyManage logistics, communication, and participant engagement for learning initiativesOversee feedback collection and program evaluation to measure impact and identify improvementsImplementation of systemic HR Development instruments and implementing upskilling workshops for leaders and employees to enable all stakeholders to use our tools in this context and actively support the change process for the organization concerning our L&D goalsPartner with HR Business Partners, department leaders, and external vendors (trainers, coaches) to deliver high-quality learning experiencesAct as a consultant to managers on development tools and processesAdminister Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR platforms, ensuring accurate data and reportingSupport and facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processesContribute to building career paths and development frameworksMaintain and administrate the system solution in place as well as other talent development related processes + budget planningYour stroll to CYBEX:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in a related fieldRelevant experience in the field of Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR DevelopmentProven track record in designing, implementing, and scaling talent development strategies across international, matrixed organizations — ideally in consumer goods or lifestyle brandsExperience in leadership development, succession planning, career pathing, and high-potential talent programsGood understanding of modern learning methodologies, including digital learning platforms, blended learning, coaching, and experiential developmentExperience with learning and performance management systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors as well as LinkedIn LearningExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to influence and align across senior leadership, department heads, and global HR partnersAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage talent and learning data to assess program effectiveness, support workforce planning, and inform business decisionsFluent in English and German, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plusStrategic yet hands-on leader with a global mindset, high integrity, and a passion for developing people and driving organizational growthCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
