Your seat to fill:

  • Drive our global marketing strategy at a regional level, covering Trade Marketing, Digital, Brand Communication, Product Marketing and PR activities
  • Strategic marketing planning for the local brand building and positioning
  • Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, events, social media, implement editorial marketing
  • Be the marketing Go -To person for the General Manager, Head of Sales & Head of Marketing
  • Develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs.
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
  • POS Excellence - implement POS guideline and oversee all marketing activities. Increase brand awareness at POS, fairs, print & social media
  • Plan & drive events with key stakeholders both online & offline.
  • Work closely with the sales team & our customers in the execution of global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines in your market and increase brand space online and offline.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade team and other parties to support in the Shop in Shops concept creation & project execution.
  • Good understanding & analysis of the market trends, customer journey & consumer behaviors within the region, both online and offline
  • Execute global strategy & coordinate new products launches locally

Your stroll to CYBEX:

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or other business related fields
  • Several years of relevant work experience as Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer centric environment
  • Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Fluent German and Business English
  • Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills
  • Hands on with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive
  • Analytical with high sense of organization
  • Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects
