Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Marketing Manager to you support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand and bring our purpose to life. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver creative, impactful and data-driven marketing initiatives that engage our audiences and help grow key categories on our platform. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for marketing.

The role:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to push individual Kleinanzeigen categories and enhance brand consideration and equity.

  • Assist in monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance; help translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Drive best-in-class creative execution. Foster relationships with external creative agencies and partners to support marketing efforts and develop brilliant creatives. 

  • Collaborate with and support our media agency in the development, planning and coordination of cross-channel brand media (including TV, dOOH, online video/display, social).

  • Support creative execution and media planning for different business-relevant topics to ensure single-minded communication to the customer 

  • Collaborate with other divisions of the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns stretching from brand marketing through content, social media, CRM, PR and performance marketing

  • Collaborate with the marketplace marketing teams to plan and execute impactful launches for new payment and shipping features. Ensure successful product launches through effective marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the marketplace marketing team to implement promotions for payment and shipping services. Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring the success of promotional efforts.

  • Show deep interest in our product and work closely with cross functional teams outside of marketing.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms

  • Support budget tracking, invoicing and PO management, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.

What we are looking for:

  • You have solid professional experience (3+ yrs), preferably in e-commerce, online marketplace 

  • You are familiar with agile organisations and working in a fast paced dynamic environment, you have excellent capability to react to project adjustments and alterations including flexibility in times of change

  • You have solid online and offline marketing experience and profound knowledge of media planning, media buying and brand marketing metrics

  • You have solid knowledge and experience in creative execution together with creative agencies

  • Your sense for visual and verbal communication is excellent

  • As a person you are ambitious yet unpretentious with a "can do mentality"

  • You are fully fluent in German (C1 level) and English
