Job Description
  • Strategic Project Ownership: Lead and independently manage multiple complex brand activation and implementation projects across digital and physical touchpoints, setting high standards for execution, creativity, and measurable impact
  • 360° Brand Rollout: Champion the end-to-end rollout of brand guidelines, campaigns, and assets—ensuring consistency and excellence at every consumer interaction, from retail locations to online platforms
  • Local Market Leadership: Act as the key interface between central strategy and local teams, adapting global brand ideas to make them relevant, resonant, and effective in priority markets.
  • Activation & Partnership Excellence: Plan and execute standout brand activations, events, and partnerships that build awareness, trust, and business results, while managing operational and ambassador programs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across strategy, content, media, customer journey, and product to drive fully integrated, high-performance brand experiences
  • Performance, Learning & Innovation: Track, analyze, and share project outcomes, championing best practices and continuous improvement to keep AUTO1 Group at the forefront of brand marketing in automotive retail
Qualifications
  • 6–7+ years' experience in brand, marketing, or trade marketing for high-volume consumer or retail companies, with a proven record of owning complex, multi-market projects
  • Strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high autonomy
  • Fluent in English and French; additional German or other major EU language a plus
  • Data-driven, proactive, resilient, and passionate about building customer-centric brands through operational excellence and smart activations
  • A collaborative leader, natural networker, and confident communicator—ready to be both a hands-on driver and a cross-departmental influencer
