We are seeking a creative and strategic
Brand Manager
to lead brand initiatives, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for building and growing a brand in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market positioning.
  • Manage brand identity, messaging, and communications across platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and communication.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, social media analytics).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
