Selby Jennings ist derzeit Partner eines Tochterunternehmens für Finanzierungslösungen eines renommierten Automobilherstellers mit Sitz in München.

Aktuell wird ein Risk and Permanent Control Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams gesucht. Die Position ist hybrid angelegt und umfasst zwei Tage Homeoffice pro Woche.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Stärkung und Überwachung interner Kontrollsysteme in den Bereichen Betrieb, Compliance, MaRisk, Geldwäscheprävention und Rechnungswesen, einschließlich Dokumentation und Risikoklassifizierung.
  • Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturmaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierung, Datenqualität und Prüfungsaktivitäten.
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken, einschließlich ESG-Risiken, sowie Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Instrumenten zur laufenden Risikomessung und -begrenzung.
  • Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Compliance (MaRisk) und Pflege relevanter Dokumentationen, Strategien und Berichte in Abstimmung mit den Konzernvorgaben.
  • Hauptansprechpartner für die konzernweite Berichterstattung zu Risiko- und Kontrollthemen sowie Unterstützung bei Compliance-, Geldwäsche- und Informationssicherheitsthemen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Volkswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Risikomanagement, IKS, Compliance und/oder Audit.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von unternehmerischen Risiko- und Kontrollsystemen; idealerweise mit Vorerfahrung im Bank-, Finanz- oder Leasingbereich.
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
