Senior Project Controls Engineer

In this role you will: 

• Report directly to the Site Manager and support the Project Team in planning, scheduling, cost control and performance monitoring across a portfolio of site projects.
• Ensure accurate data collection, reporting and administrative support to enable effective decision making and successful project delivery
• Track project performance, costs and progress against established baselines
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, cost reports and change logs.
• Budget preparation and cost control activities
• Identify and escalate issues related to schedule delays, cost overruns and risk
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow
• Oversee the capital planning process for new projects
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks 

We would love to hear from you if you: 

• Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions 
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating 
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline 
• Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees 
• Proficency in MS Office
• German language is a big plus
