Now we're looking for a Head of Growth to help us get there.

Own and lead growth at Workerbase
You'll take full ownership of our growth strategy, spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Drive measurable impact
From inbound funnels to outbound experiments — you'll test, iterate, and scale campaigns that directly fuel revenue.

Shape our growth playbook
Define and optimize the entire funnel, from first touch to customer expansion. You'll set the standards for how we scale.

Be part of something bold
We're creating a new category in manufacturing — dynamic process execution. You'll help us make it the standard worldwide.

What we will trust you with:

  • Full ownership of growth strategy and execution across all channels

  • Designing, running, and scaling high-impact experiments across the funnel

  • Building a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities with measurable ROI

  • Partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align GTM and drive expansion

  • Setting up growth operations: tracking, dashboards, and KPIs that guide decision-making

  • Testing and scaling new growth levers (ABM, lifecycle automation, content-led growth, events, partnerships)

We want YOU because:

  • You have 5+ years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of scaling results

  • You've owned the entire funnel and can show how you moved the needle at each stage

  • You're hands-on: running tests, building landing pages, optimizing flows, and tracking metrics

  • You're obsessed with data and experimentation, and you know when to double down or pivot

  • You're passionate about AI and already use it to supercharge your growth playbook

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or manufacturing is a strong plus

  • You thrive on autonomy and impact - and are ready to make growth a core engine at Workerbase
