Ihre Aufgaben...

  • Als Strategiemanager (Referent der Geschäftsführung) (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie bei strategischer Planung, Wachstumsthemen und Organisationsentwicklung direkt mit dem CEO zusammen
  • Eigenständige Identifikation und Umsetzung von Projekten (z. B. neue Strukturen, Personalplanung, Rollout auf alle Standorte)
  • Erstellung von Analysen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Research für Vorstand und Investoren
  • Initiierung und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Projekte 
  • Unterstützung bei Restrukturierungen und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen CEO, Führungsteam, Abteilungen und Stakeholdern; Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten
  • Operative Entlastung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeit in Projekten


Ihre Qualifikationen...

  • 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Unternehmensberatung, Corporate Development, Investment Banking oder Controlling/Strategy
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsskills 
  • Erfahrung in Projektarbeit, strategischen Analysen oder Transformationsprojekten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbst zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft und Wunsch nach schneller persönlicher und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse und Deutsch auf Verhandlungsniveau zwingend erforderlich
  • Offen für Verantwortung und bereit, Projekte eigenständig voranzutreiben und standortübergreifend auszurollen
