Die Abteilung
Damit unsere Anlagen stets reibungslos laufen, braucht es neben unseren erfahrenen Mechaniker*innen und Mechatroniker*innen natürlich auch die passenden Teile. Die zentrale Anlaufstelle ist hierfür unser Team "Ersatzteilmanagement", das die komplette Ersatzteil- und Verbrauchslagerwirtschaft in SDPM verantwortet. So arbeiten wir Hand in Hand, stets eigenverantwortlich und ganz im Sinne dessen, was uns vorantreibt: what patients need next.
Unser Team zeichnet sich durch Vielfalt aus, angefangen von den Jahren an Berufserfahrung, über Ausbildungshintergrund und Freizeitaktivitäten. Aber was wir alle gemeinsam haben, ist der Spaß bei der Arbeit und das Verständnis, welche Verantwortung wir in unserer Rolle gegenüber

Die Position● Das Einräumen der Ersatz- und Verschleißteile in die entsprechenden Lagerorte sowie die Ein- und Ausbuchung in der entsprechenden elektronischen Verwaltungsdatenbank (SAP) gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem täglichen Aufgabenbereich● Gemeinsam mit dem Team versorgst Du die Technik, Verpackung und Produktion mit Ersatz- bzw. Verschleißteilen und stellst diese den entsprechenden Einheiten schnellstmöglich mittels Transport vom Lagerbereich zur Übergabestelle bereit
● Du überprüfst bei Eingang die Ware auf Richtigkeit sowie auf Beschädigungen und bist für das
Aus- bzw. Umpacken der angelieferten Teile verantwortlich
● Dir ist klar, dass jede Materialwirtschaft nur so gut ist wie die Daten, die den Prozessen zugrunde liegen. Daher stellst Du gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg*innen sicher, dass die Spare Parts Datenbank gepflegt und die hinterlegten Daten korrekt sind.
● Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Ersatz- und Verschleißteilprozesse
unter Anwendung der LPS Methoden
Wer bist Du
● Du bist eine positiv denkende, integre und 100 % zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und einem ausgeprägten Service-Mindset.● Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe IT-Affinität. Zusammen mit Deinen Kolleg*innen schaffst Du ein Arbeitsklima, das geprägt ist von respektvollem Umgang, Leistungsbereitschaft und gegenseitiger
Unterstützung.
● Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar z.B. Fachkraft für Lagerwirtschaft
● Idealerweise weißt Du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Ersatzteilbewirtschaftung für technische Anlagen vorzugsweise im Pharmaumfeld auf
● Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit elektronischen Lagerverwaltungssystemen (z.B. SAP, EWM)
● Du weist ebenfalls gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (Google Suits, SAP etc.) und gängigen Kollaborations-Tools (z.B. Trello, Mondays) auf
● Die Regeln von GMP/GSP/GDP/PIC und DIN ISO 9001 sind Dir vertraut
● Du verfügst über einen Führerschein zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen
● 5S, KanBan und LPS sind Dir vertraut
● Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine selbständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus
● Du verfügst über eine hohe Teamfähigkeit
● Du lebst die geltende Sicherheits-Kultur und sorgst aktiv für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften● Du beherrschst Grundkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
● Du begegnest allen Mitarbeitenden offen mit Respekt und Wertschätzung
