**Responsibilities**:
Our maintenance technician team oversees the maintenance of all the systems (robots, machines, conveyors) installed by Exotec in the client warehouses. Each team consists of 4-6 technicians and a supervisor. As a maintenance coordinator, you will be responsible to manage our teams in client sites across Germany and Switzerland.
- Lead a dynamic team of skilled maintenance technicians at the forefront of our customer sites in your region, overseeing recruitment, fostering continuous skill enhancement, and ensuring top-notch performance.
- Drive the success of your team by strategically planning and executing timely preventive maintenance operations, guaranteeing the optimal functioning of our systems.
- Be the hands-on leader, guiding and supporting your team in their daily tasks with technical expertise and operational assistance as needed.
- As Exotec's local ambassador, represent our commitment to excellence in service, building strong relationships with our valued customers.
- Keep the communication lines active by sending insightful weekly reports on system performance and key performance indicators to our headquarters.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and updating maintenance contracts, offering vital support to the Maintenance team in crafting agreements that align with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and German
- At least 4 years of experience in maintenance management
- Successful experience in leading and developing maintenance teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance operations, extensive knowledge in software and automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
