If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst – D&D Solutions. Job Responsibilities * Serve as lead resource for the D&D Solutions business unit and be the primary financial interface to the Operations team. Support in the preparation and development of the Budget, including cost centers, G&A costs, labor rates and indirect product costs (IPC). Lead the monthly closing, forecasting and reporting processes. This includes identifying adjustment entries, analysis of financial results, variance analyses, business trends and the preparation of reports. Maintain flexible reporting and forecasting models in BPC and Excel. Assure the accuracy of the financial statements by working to resolve project issues in a timely basis. Attend Project Reviews and challenge estimate at completion (EAC), timing and revenue recognition updates and their financial impacts. Perform utilization and headcount analyses and forecasting to assess the need for labor rate updates. Drive enhancements in our financial processes. Minimum Requirements (education, years of experience, certifications, etc.) * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. 3-5 years finance-related experience Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, and FP&A concepts Experience in SAP, BPC, Business Warehouse Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) Why Westinghouse?
