Your Responsibilities

  • You manage existing customers and actively develop new strategic partnerships.
  • You negotiate contracts, calculate offers, and oversee the entire sales process.
  • You build your own Business Unit in the engineering and/or IT sector – acting as an entrepreneur within the company.
  • You develop and mentor your consultants both professionally and personally – from hiring to career development.
  • You ensure project profitability and monitor smooth project execution.
  • You continuously expand your industry knowledge and stay on top of technological trends.
  • You conduct technical interviews, guide candidates through the matching process, and hire suitable talent for your unit.

Your Profile

  • A completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
  • A convincing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Initial experience in sales or project management, as well as an interest in leadership and business development.
  • Around 2 years of professional experience in a technical environment.
  • The drive to achieve goals independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to quickly understand complex technical topics and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Good MS Office skills and solid technical understanding.
  • Excellent German skills (C1) and fluent English (at least B2).
