The Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent to support our company's growth and hiring needs.

In your day to day work, you will proactively source candidates, build strategic talent pipelines, and partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and market dynamics. You will focus on attracting high quality talent while ensuring a positive engagement experience for all prospects.

  • Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across a variety of roles and business functions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Use data driven insights to refine sourcing efforts and improve conversion rates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company in talent communities and online platforms.


Your Profile
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Passion for identifying talent, building long-term relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy guidelines and recruitment compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple sourcing priorities.
