**You will**:

- **Employer Branding**: Contribute ideas and support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand, including content creation for social media, career fairs, and other recruitment events.
- **Data Analysis**: Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

**You'll be a great match if you**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, with previous experience or coursework in HR, recruitment, or talent management.
- Familiarity with tech terminology, trends, and job roles within the tech industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing online sourcing tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
