As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you'll be at the heart of this impact: sparking the first connection with future colleagues ,building inclusive talent pipelines, and helping us reach the people who will shape what's next. **What you'll be doing**
- Regularly attend and represent Staffbase at in-person job fairs, industry conferences and hiring events in Saxony and Berlin
- engage with relevant talent communities online as well as directly at live events and networking sessions; follow up with targeted outreach and CRM campaigns
- Build and manage talent pools in our sourcing CRM platform, leveraging AI-based segmentation and long-term engagement strategies
- Use structured data and reporting to track sourcing KPIs, monitor funnel performance, and iterate on strategies
- Partner with the Employer Branding team to align messaging, content creation and share insights on audience engagement
**What you need to be successful**
- 5+ years of experience in a talent sourcing function, ideally both agency and inhouse
- Additional full cycle recruitment experience is a plus
- Talent Sourcing experience on international markets
- Work experience in a fast scaling and dynamic tech environment
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and talent market research.
- Hands-on experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, SeekOut) and CRM platforms (e.g. Avature, Beamery).
- Proven experience attending job fairs and/or representing companies at in-person hiring events.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to support sourcing, engagement, and talent analysis and excitement for staying ahead of new AI trends in talent attraction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging talent in person and online.
- Data-oriented mindset, building and using tracking metrics independently to manage stakeholders and optimize outreach strategies
- Business fluent German and English language skills (both C1+ level)
- Flexibility to regular travel, mainly in the area of Saxony/Berlin for events, life comms sourcing and other occasions
