About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven
Head of Marketing
to lead and shape the marketing function for our
Molecular Pathology
portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving brand awareness, market penetration, and commercial success across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will bring deep scientific expertise, particularly in
molecular biology, immunohistochemistry
, and
molecular pathology
, combined with proven marketing leadership in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for molecular pathology products and solutions.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to the DACH market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and global marketing teams to align regional initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology
    , or a related life sciences field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in
    marketing within the life sciences or diagnostics industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    immunohistochemistry
    and
    molecular pathology
    applications.
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing, product launches, and campaign management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in
    German and English
    .
  • Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed.
