We're looking for a
Head of Marketing (all)
to lead our marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, content, and community. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation—defining our positioning and go-to-market approach while driving campaigns and testing growth channels.

As part of our Management Team, you'll play a key role in shaping Sonia's direction and scaling our impact in the healthcare and AI ecosystem.

This role can be performed in a hybrid setup from our offices in Luxembourg or Berlin, or remotely from anywhere in Germany or Luxembourg.
This Is What You'll Own
Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute Sonia's marketing strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 4
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation

Brand & Positioning

  • Strengthen Sonia's brand and visibility within healthcare and AI communities
  • Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels
  • Develop and oversee our content strategy (website, social media, campaigns, thought leadership)

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, events, and partnerships
  • Manage campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
  • Establish a scalable lead generation and nurturing process in collaboration with Sales

Community & Events

  • Lead Sonia's community engagement through newsletters, webinars, and partnerships
  • Represent Sonia at key industry events and conferences
  • Scale event marketing to engage and inspire customers and prospects

Analytics & KPIs

  • Track and report marketing performance metrics (pipeline, CAC, MQLs, brand reach, ROI)
  • Use data and experimentation to optimize campaigns and inform strategy

You'll thrive in this role if you bring

  • 6–7 years of marketing experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role—ideally in B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or AI-driven products
  • Proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise across performance marketing, content, brand, and events
  • Strong command of modern marketing tools and systems, with a focus on scalability and automation
  • A compelling storyteller able to position Sonia credibly and confidently in the market
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
  • Fluency in German and English
